If you’re as curious as us about what *really* went down on LIBH but didn’t quite make the editors cut, we’ve gotchuu.
We know that reality shows don’t reallyyy show us everything that happens – the producers edit the raw footage to portray the stories that they think viewers will love.
But in a recent podcast interview, Dounia and Chafic told Hikmat Wehbi about some exclusive scenes that were cut out including who they think wasn’t there to find true love 👀.
Simo and Chafic had a physical fight
Chafic told the Hikmat Wehbi Podcast about his physical fight with Simo, which we didn’t see play out on screen. We saw it getting heated (in French) towards the end of Episode 4, because Chafic claims Simo did the unforgivable by mentioning his mum. Eeeeek 😬.
Chafic was angry at the time, but he regrets his behaviour, saying that he would never act that way again. Read more about it here.
Dounia took ‘falling in love’ a bit too literally on her big day
Dounia confesses that (aside from falling head over heels for Chafic), she also *literally* fell as she began walking down the aisle in her princess dress! Every girl’s worst nightmare, she seemed to brush it off easily and was giggling about it as she recounted the tumble. Phew!
We didn’t miss the part where Chafic told Hikmat that he and Khatab had 5 pods each towards the last days of the pods, which meant that some of the other guys didn’t have a chance 👀. Talk about keeping your options open!
Dounia highlights that she would redo the experiment all over again, even with the trauma of not having her phone for a whole month! We would *not* survive, besties.
Wait, there was a love triangle??

All right, we need to step back, because what? That was a huge shocker. In case you don’t remember the cast members, because of the unfortunate editors and production cut, Salim and Nada were pretty much written off the show. For a gentle reminder, Salim was the famed Mr 50/50, and Nada was the adventurous girlie who loved skydiving.
We surely didn’t miss the fact that Mido revealed a secret. The juicy part? it was about his love triangle with Nada and Salim (gasp). This means that we sadly missed another twist to the plot.
But of course, he didn’t leave out a single detail. Lowkey giving up on Nada, he actually gave the green signal for Salim to go for her, vouching for Salim’s handsomeness and personality (bromance honestly, they’re very good friends btw).
But despite his support for Salim and Nada’s relationship, Mido revealed that Salim experienced anxiety while filming and couldn’t push through the relationship with Nada *heart shatters.* So, that was a nail in the coffin.
If you missed the reunion episode, we unpack it here. 🍿
