Finally, the famed reunion episode of Love Is Blind, Habibi is here and we’re ready to spill the beans.

Of course, like every reality-obsessed girlie out there, we snagged a blanket and switched on our detective mode. Because there are secrets to uncover and tea to spill *sips tea*

Since its initial release on October 10 2024, Love Is Blind, Habibi immediately skyrocketed as the region’s top-rated show. Even fans of the show, and the new ones, went off crazy on TikTok and X deciding that the Arab spin-off was way better than the original (The fandom was in shambles, to say the least). And we can second that motion.

Looking back on all nine episodes, there were moments that had everyone asking themselves, “Wait, what? She/he said what??” But now, we know all the deets.

We definitely can’t ignore the elephant in the room. Who’s dating who? Did Safa and Mohammed break up? Is Nour and Mido still beefing?

Welp, scroll down below and you’ll get the gist.

Dounia and Chafic are getting married!

Yup, you read that right. After their agreement to ultimately not get married, we thought the road to happy ever after was done. But they happily revealed in the reunion episode that they’re together and engaged. “It may come as a surprise,” Chafic said, “But Dounia and I are together.” They’re off to marriage!

What’s the deal with Asma and Khatab?

We all know it was unfortunate that the pair called it off at the altar. According to Khatab, he was about 80 per cent sure she would say no. The main nail in the coffin was Asma’s family not making it to the wedding *cries*, which ultimately drove her to end it.

But after the show, they decided to give their relationship another chance for a spark. “We were together for about one or two months. But when we returned to the normal world, my job was very demanding. I couldn’t be there all the time.” Khatab explained.

Despite that, the pair, now friends, decided to stay as friends as a mutual decision. Asma even thanked Khatab for the short, but sweet ride, “I’m glad that I met Khatab and went through the experiment with Khatab.”

The beef between Mido and Nour is still strong 👀

Is that the pot boiling? Nope, it’s just the fury of Mido and Nour. Just as Elham shifted the conversation towards the two, Mido immediately said his remarks on his experience. “First, my biggest mistake was that I didn’t give Asma the chance to speak,” Mido remarked. “The second mistake? It was as giving my chance to Nour.”

In episode five of the series, where the fiances really started to get to know each other, the couple-turned-enemies had the biggest breakup in the show because of their personality clashes. Of course, Nour being Nour, she had to bite back. “The over-reaction indicates one thing, a person’s lack of confidence. He projects that.”

Did Safa and Mohammed break up?

Lo and behold, the golden couple announced they are still together! We love a full-circle moment. It seems after tying the knot, Safa and Mohammed have stayed strong even after the whole pod-romance experiment. Safa even mentioned they were going to be celebrating their first anniversary *aww*. “It seems with each day, my love for her grows daily,” Mohammed said.

They obviously worked through the difficult parts of their married life. According to their good friend Chafic, Mohammad had a bad trait of being over-jealous. “There’s a fine line between jealousy and control,” Safa said. In their first period of being together, they faced quite a few challenges, but like the emotionally intelligent couple they are, they knew the right thing to do was be mature and understand the root cause (we’re obsessed with the ✨communication✨). And, it also seems they’re planning for twins!

Is Ammar really against Karma’s dancing?

Every fan of the show was surely confused with, what seemed at least, Ammar’s double standards — as said by Karma.

Unpacking the episode where they broke off the engagement during a lunch date, Ammar and Karma had to discuss their values in terms of dancing. Ammar, who was completely closed off by the idea, remained true to his traditional values. But like everyone, especially Karma, wanted to know why her dancing was immediately shunned, while he got to show off in the show. “I’m not against dancing, it’s a beautiful art form,” Ammar stated, “but in marriage, sacrifices must be made. ”

The major tea between Simo and Hajar

It seems the two still can’t seem to find a middle ground. They were known for their turbulent relationship since they entered the pods, and even once they said yes to the engagement, the pair was definitely not signed by the stars. In the reunion episode, Hajar mentioned that pride was a major red flag for her. Never-ending bickering between their personalities, lifestyle, and choices caused more rift in the episode. And turns out, they never tried meeting after the pods. The next time they met was to film the reunion episode. The beef is beefing.
