Last week, news broke that Too Hot To Handle couple, Francesca Farago and Harry Jowsey got engaged during the Zoom reunion of the Netflix show, but Francesca is clearing the air after all the speculations.
During the reunion, host Desiree Burch asked the couple, “has the question been popped yet?” I mean, it didn’t seem like Harry was going to make the situation awkward, so he responded saying:
“Can do you do it over Zoom? Well, we may as well,” Harry said while getting down on one knee. “I just want to say you’ve absolutely changed my life, I love you so much and I can’t wait to spend forever with you. Do you want to do this thing? Do you want to get married?”
“Harry knows I want to marry him, so yes,” she said.
Clearly this is what led everyone to believe that the Too Hot To Handle stars were engaged, however, in an interview with Variety, the social media star is stating that wedding bells will not be ringing anytime soon.
She said, “I think it definitely just needs to be done in-person, like a proper proposal. So, as of right now, no, we’re not engaged, for everyone who’s been asking.”
“We had a shared folder about wedding rings, and he kept saying, ‘What ring do you want?’ And I just said, ‘Oh, just get me a Ring Pop,’ so that’s what I said…it was funny, it was cute, I was definitely not prepared for it. It was a cute gesture.”
If they got matching tattoos, already share a folder about wedding rings, then we can expect to see a face-to-face proposal in the near future.
