Love it or loathe it, Million Dollar Beach House is the Netflix reality show on everyone’s lips at the moment. Sure, it’s no Selling Sunset, but it has filled another real-estate-drama hole. So, what are the cast of Million Dollar Beach House up to now?
Michael Fulfree
Michael seems to be a family man with wife Samantha and super cute son Luca, although this week he says he is “working a ton right now”. He’s just closed a deal on a 4,500 sq foot home in Southampton, so we’re guessing there was a nice lil commission on that one! Samantha shares lots of gorgeous IG-ready pics of Luca, who just turned one this summer.
Noel Roberts
Noel’s IG is a sleek combination of 18,000,000Dhs houses which he currently has for sale, sharp outfit pics and the occasional landscape imagery of the picturesque Hamptons. Noel keeps his private life more under wraps than some of the other cast members, and seems to be on the slow because he is actually interested in real estate. We know he has a twin called Joel (yes, Noel and Joel) and lived in Manhattan until his move to the Hamptons in 2016, but this guy lays a seriously low profile.
Peggy Zabakolas
Peggy appears to be living her best life with partner Russell. The sole female broker on the show (insert eye roll emoji), Peggy is an established broker and a lawyer from New York. Peggy has worked with Nest Seekers for ten years, was previously featured on Million Dollar Listing New York, and currently splits her time between the Hamptons and the city. Her life appears to be the perfect balance of indoor/outdoor living (LOL) with her and Russell spending lots of time getting back to nature. Oh, and *that* fight with Noel that lasted the whole season? It has never really been resolved. Series 2 incoming…
JB Andreassi
JB was born in the Hamptons, and has also lived in New York. JB and Michael grew up together, and are still close friends and hang out often. His IG account actually looks a bit like an ad for the show, lots of MDBH content, images of houses which he currently has for sale, and staged shots around the Hamptons. He just celebrated his 30th birthday at the end of summer, and as of yet has not commented on his relationship status, although fans speculated that this picture which he shared last summer features his girlfriend.
James Giugliano
James appears to be the most successful broker on the show, and is another character who appears to be there for the real estate not the drama (seriously people, you gotta take a leaf out of Selling Sunset’s book!). He was born in Southampton and has been married to his wife Kelsey for four years. They have a son together, Rocco, who is absolutely gorgeous, and have two dogs. Again, Jimmy’s IG account is allll about the houses… can we get Christine Quinn a transfer to this show? We need some drama.
