Selling Sunset remains one our favourite shows, and that's not because of the non-stop drama between the agents, but mainly because we can truly say that we got to see some stunning Hollywood properties. *Thank you Netflix*

One of those properties being the $40 million mansion that sits at the top of the Hollywood Hills. The gorgeous 20,000 square foot home has five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and a garage that can fit up to 15 cars, stay with me, I'm not done yet. the mansion also features four hot tubs, an infinity pool, and a huge rooftop deck.

We saw the property in the Season 2 premiere of Selling Sunset when Mary, Christine and Heather went to check it out when it hadn't been sold.

Well, we now know that the mansion has finally been sold for a whooping Dhs130,373,750 ($35.5 million) who an anonymous buyer making it a record-breaking sale for The Oppenheim Group. 

Speaking to Metro about the buyer, Jason Oppenheim said:"It was not someone who I would class as a celebrity. It was a very wealthy young couple and quite an impressive young couple."

He added: "I signed a non-disclosure so I think that the most information that I can provide is that it was a wonderful young couple. A very successful young couple and I’m very happy for them."
