When Adele posted *that* birthday Instagram pic she kinda broke the internet (actual Barbie commenting on your pic is surely peak fame?).

The internet first started commenting on her ‘new look’ *eye roll* back in October when she shared a snap from Drake’s A-List birthday party captioned “I used to cry but now I sweat”, and the media has continued to speculate on her weight loss since the ending of her marriage last April.

Adele’s decision to lose weight has, quite frankly, nothing to do with anyone else but her. Whilst her decision behind it has nothing to do with us, we’re excited to discover what training methods she has used. This week the Sun released information that Adele has been following The Body Coach Joe Wicks’ video workouts.

The Body Coach’s training plan is based around short, high intensity workouts which are usually around half an hour long. Alongside his training videos, he shares at-home PE classes aimed at children during lockdown and super do-able healthy recipe videos from his cookbook Lean in 15.

Adele has stayed out of the gym to train at home and also is a big fan of trainer Dalton Wong (as is pal Jennifer Lawrence). “Adele’s been secretly working with these personal trainers”, a source says “she’s not the sort to exercise in front of others, so she follows regimes and plans at home, using their videos and tutorials”.

Joe Wicks, originally from Surrey, has recently relocated with his wife Rosie and daughter Indie to LA, where Adele currently lives. We wonder if they’re going to be having Lean in 15 dinner parties!
