Join the award-wining fitness studio every morning on Instagram as they take you through a series of fitness challenges. All you need is a good internet connection and a face towel.
3. Barrys DXB
The Barry’s instructors are also offering free 30-minute workouts at 10 am every single day. Red Room fans can expect a mix of core, mat work and more all filmed live from their studio.
4. Warehouse Gym
Warehouse Gym has shown its support for the community by immediately freezing all memberships. So while you may be a disappointment to not be able to physically step into a gym, Warehouse Gym posts the at-home workout regularly on IGTV.

The gym at Zabeel House by Jumeirah launched an IGTV series of weekly training sessions called #MondayMotivation. The fitness professionals will introduce various high intensity, yoga. and mindfulness exercises.
