Following recent speculation, based on fan comments on both Dounia’s and Chafic’s Instagram accounts, as to whether the Love is Blind Habibi couple are still in their happily ever after phase or if there’s already trouble in paradise… we all want to know.
A few months after the debut of Love is Blind Habibi fans were all over Dounia and Chafic. Everyone was wondering if they were still together, even though they didn’t get married at the end of season 1.

Now, fans are worried about the fate of the beloved power couple. For a while now, they haven’t posted anything together, travelling solo and living life without each other (or so it seems from their social accounts).
One post in particular has worried fans: Dounia’s birthday post. She was all alone in the video, blowing out the candles on her birthday cake.
She is currently in Bali with her co-star Asma for what looks like the ultimate bestie (girls only) trip. Again, she posted a worrying reel: “Pov: Bali healed you”. Maybe Bali mended her broken heart?
All her Snap stories also showed no sign of an engagement ring. Is she maybe just scared to lose it on the island or is there more to it?
A few days ago, something shocked us all. The couple appeared together in an ad for a spa. It shows them walking hand in hand into the spa and then showing each of them being pampered. The post has fueled speculation and left fans a bit confused. Before that commercial shoot, their last post together was onthe 11th of Jan.
Many fans commented on the post. Some were hopeful, others were suspicious. One fan commented: “I hope this is real but I’m not entirely convinced. It seems like you’re doing this because of a prior commitment to promote this spa”. Well, it is a commercial and it could have been filmed before they split. Others were happy, saying they hoped the couple were still together and that they should stay strong.
