What are the requirements for being cast in Love Is Blind Habibi S2?
For the US series, all contestants must live in the city where the season is filming to make sure they can move in together following their experience in the pods.
Love Is Blind Habibi was filmed across Lebanon and the UAE, so we expect that you’ll need to be based in the region to be in with a chance of being cast.
How do I apply to be on Love Is Blind Habibi S2?
The majority of contestants have applied themselves by filling out an online form. Atm there is no live application page for future seasons Love Is Blind Habibi, but when it does pop up you can expect to have to share a video of yourself and open up by answering personal questions about your dating history and who you are searching for.
Series creator Chris Coelen previously told Entertainment Weekly about what the team looks for when casting people to take part.
He said: “We have a great casting department, and they reached out to people who they felt would be genuinely interested in this kind of commitment.
“I think that’s really key; we want people who aren’t just doing it for the attention. There’s certainly plenty of places for people who want to do stuff for the attention. We wanted to be really dealing with people who were genuinely interested in it.”

Totally! Make sure to keep an eye on your DMs as Giannina Gibelli who appeared in Series 1 of Love Is Blind USA was approached by a casting director via IG.
Appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show she said: “I was at a bar with a group of girlfriends and I was telling them how there are no men for me in the city and at that moment I got a DM on Instagram and it was this person telling me, hey you can fall in love and potentially get married.”
Another Season 1 star was also cast unexpectedly….Damian Powers was found on a dating app. He previously shared: “I’m probably one of the most interesting cases because they actually found me on Tinder, I started chatting with this girl, hit it off, she was like add me on Instagram. We had a pretty good connection. Then she’s like, ‘I’m a casting producer.’ I’m like, ‘Catfish,’” he joked.

A casting producer for Netflix actually confirms in a TikTok that a lot of casting is done directly via IG AND TikTok. TikToker Zahra shows screenshots of the DMs she received from two different casting producers, but ultimately, the show wasn’t for her.
