The sequel to the 2000 historical epic stars Paul Mescal, Denzel Washington, Connie Nielsen, Pedro Pascal, and others.

Gladiator is set in Ancient Rome and tells the story of Maximus who is stripped of his rank and imprisoned after Commodus murders his family. Maximus is forced into slavery and becomes a gladiator, seeking revenge against his rival while rising through the ranks of the gladiatorial arena.

What role does May Calamawy play in Gladiator 2?
May Calamawy will lead Gladiator 2 alongside Paul Mescal who will play Lucius, the son of Lucilla and Lucius Verus. As of now, her character in the film is unnamed but we hope to get more information soon as Gladiator 2 is currently in its pre-production phase.
