Are BTS’ V and Jennie of BLACKPINK dating?

In the fandoms of these two Korean music giants — ARMYs and BLINKs — this is not ~exactly~ a recent development. Enthusiasts of the bands have been talking about V and Jennie possibly being together for a long time, citing proof of the two being in the same city or attending the same event.

While none of these rumours were confirmed by any sources including the two K-pop stars, it hasn’t stopped fans from speculating further about their relationship. Especially since there have been other rumoured low-key appearances of V and Jennie together as well as some really well-edited manipulations of the two together.

More recently, a video captured in Paris showcasing who social media users think are V and Jennie going on a romantic stroll hand-in-hand has gone viral. BTS and BLACKPINK fans suggest that the individuals in the grainy video are indeed V and Jennie because the vocalists’ managers are seen in it, walking behind the duo.

The nail in the coffin is photographic evidence of Jennie and her manager in a Maison Margiela store in Paris on the same day, wearing the same outfits.

Additionally, it seems like both V and Jennie have been captured on video wearing the same Foundrae couple necklace. 🥹 We cannot even.

More recently, HYBE and YG Entertainment, the South Koren entertainment companies responsible for bringing BTS and BLACKPINK to the mainstream music scene allegedly addressed the V and Jennie dating rumours. “We do not know due to it being regarding the artists’ private lives,” said the vague statement as reported by Koreaboo.

Fans of the musicians think that this is a confirmation that V and Jennie are indeed dating as if the rumours weren’t true, HYBE and YG would have instantly put an end to them by denying it all.
