While many are still stuck with all the drama at Love Is Blind Habibi, the youngest stars of the show, Chafic and Dounia are *officially* over it.
Yup, they’ve long forgotten the tea and happily moved on with their lives.
Chafic’s recent appearance at the KT Plus podcast unravelled quite a lot of his perspective on everything that happened between the cast *ehem IFYKYK*.
Between the brawls, jealousy and lots, and lots, of jabs, the Senegalese Lebanese content creator revealed that it’s time to move on.
When asked about how he felt about the whole Instagram quote fiasco, Chafic candidly reverted and said: “[Look], Me and Dounia, my fiance, anything after the reunion episode, we moved on.”
Revealing that everything that happened in the show is in the past, Chafic mentioned that he doesn’t even “think about it anymore”. “After a week the reunion episode got released we just moved on with life.”
Now that he is focusing on his own love life, career and family, he doesn’t want to look back at Love Is Blind, Habibi anymore.
“It’s one per cent of my life. Yes, I’m glad I got to be a part of it, I’m proud that I got to work with Netflix, but we closed that book now,” he said.
Since gleefully doing a surprise second engagement (had us in the feels), all he knows is that he’s a changed man after the show and after meeting the love of his life, Dounia. It’s giving green flag now.
Everyone knows how much he adores his fiancé. Just recently, the pair had a night out at J1 Beach, dressed down to the T btw, Chafic was seen taking care of Dounia and fanning her because of the night heat. It’s the little things that matter, right girlies?
Fans seemed to notice the drastic change too. One commented, “He and Dounia are very true/real. They’ve became more mature.”
