A round of applause for Bounty Beets, please, for nailing the concept of being an Instagram hot spot while actually serving nutritious and delicious food (some venues seem to care more about being filter-friendly than food-friendly). Fools.
Located in Le Meridien Mina Seyahi (in the space that was previously Gourmet by Kcal) the breakfast menu is full of puns – think “you’re all I avo wanted” avo toast with poached eggs and “I yam what I yam” caramelised bananas and sweet potato pancakes. Yum.

Even better, Bounty Beets seriously promotes recycling and the trendy dishes are sustainably-sourced and fresh. There’s a variety of gluten-free pizzas, vegan plates, burgers and healthy bowls (from teriyaki salmon and tuna poke).
Desserts include a raw apple tart and coconut caramel cheesecake made with coconut cashew cream, as well as naughty fudge brownies and sticky toffee pudding (we won’t tell).
The renovated eatery, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and can seat 130 diners across its cute indoor area and al fresco terrace, is also launching a weekly ladies’ night. Starting on Tuesday 26 February, Up Beet will boast four hours of unlimited healthy bites and drinks from 6-10pm.

Bounty Beets makes having a holisitc approach to living fun and we’re here for it.
