KCON 2023 is almost here! The world’s largest South Korean culture and music festival is set to take place at Boulevard Riyadh City on October 6 and 7.

We’ve announced the festival’s lineup below, which includes beloved K-Pop group Super Junior. The South Korean boyband – composed of Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook and Kyuhyun – are gearing up to set the stage ablaze on October 7.

In an interview with Arab News, Donghae expressed, “I am looking forward to performing in Saudi Arabia after a long time, and I am glad to be able hear the cheering of Saudi fans again. I know that K-Pop is very popular in Saudi Arabia, so I want to perform there quickly.”

Acts performing at KCON 2023 in Riyadh…

The stellar lineup, composed of 14 incredible acts, is as follows:

Day one (Oct. 6): Everglow, Highlight, Hyolyn, Kard, Riize, Super Junior-D&E (which are members Donghae and Eunhyuk), Riize and 8Turn.

Day two (Oct. 7): Dreamcatcher, El7z Up, Evnne, Oh My Girl, Super Junior, Tempest and TNX.

As of September 11, The Saudi Press Agency announced that the second edition KCON will take place on October 6 2023, at the stellar Boulevard Riyadh City. The two-day event will consist of a music concert featuring 14 Korean bands, an artistic cultural exhibition, and a splendid market selling a wide array of Korean products.

Launched in Los Angeles in 2012 and having expanded to ten countries as of 2022, KCON was designed to celebrate ~all things South Korean~ on an international scale. Whether it be South Korean music, art, culture, or food – there’s plenty of it all at the exciting festival.

The Saudi Ministry of Culture is hosting the event in collaboration with Seoul-based entertainment company CJ ENM. With such international initiatives, the Kingdom seeks to enhance international cultural exchange in conformity with the objectives of Vision 2030.

The first edition of the South Korean festival in Saudi Arabia took place last year, from September 30 to October 1. The festival featured beloved K-pop artists such as Rain, Sunmi, and Hyolyn as well as bands including Pentagon, Secret Number, P1Harmony, The Boyz, Ateez, NewJeans, Oneus, STAYC, and TO1.
