Nike has launched the Middle East’s instalment of ‘You Can’t Stop Us’, an inspirational film that features a whole host of amazing every day and professional female athletes from the region. The campaign is aimed at ‘encouraging women across the Middle East to discover the world of movement in water, the film is a rallying cry for women across the region to go out and play”.

The film launches Nike’s month-long ‘You Can’t Stop Us’ campaign, and featured four amazing women who have written their own success stories in the sport world. The video features Zainab Al Equabi amputee and everyday athlete, Sarra Lajnef Olympic swimmer, Nike coach and triathlete, Maha Al Ameri UAE national rower and Manal Rostom, Founder of Surviving Hijab and Nike running coach.
The film shoes a mother’s swimming lesson, but it’s actually a much bigger metaphor. The message is really that women anywhere, and everywhere, are unstoppable regardless of anything.

So what else is on the agenda? In addition to the video, Nike’s month is also packed full with a livestreamed session by Nike Master Trainers including HIIT and yoga, free access to a digital library of over 200 workouts and a virtual coaching hub via WhatsApp.
