Chalamet shared a first look at the highly-anticipated film on his Instagram and the internet is *shook*.
“The suspense is terrible, I hope it will last,” captioned Chalamet referring to Wonka’s popular quote from the 1971 Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory film.
Wonka will be featuring Timothée Chalamet in the lead role as the new Willy Wonka – with Rowan Atkinson, Olivia Colman, Keegan-Michael Key, and Sally Hawkins, in supporting roles. The movie will be following the life of Wonka before he went on to create the iconic chocolate factory.
With the film set to release on March 17th, 2023, we’re just gonna be sitting here waiting for new snippets from Chalamet’s Wonka:
