Just last week, the eagerly awaited finale episode of Single’s Inferno Season 3 – the ultimate South Korean dating/reality TV series – aired exclusively on Netflix. Just to jog your memory, the point of the viral reality TV series is to unite 12 gorgeous singles on an uninhabited island known as Inferno – with the hope that a few couples would form and that said couples would proceed to vacation at luxurious hotel called Paradise.
The third season of Single’s Inferno resulted in the formation of four couples, whilst the remaining cast members unfortunately ended up leaving the show single. So, which of the couples are still together, and which of the remaining cast members are still single? From love triangles, to loving couples and more, Cosmo ME spills everything we know about the Single’s Inferno Season 3 cast’s relationship status.
Single’s Inferno season 3: Where are the couples now?
Gwan-hee and Hye-seon
Lee Gwan-hee is the athletic hottie of the cast, being a professional basketball player. He ended up bonding with Ms. smarty pants, 26-year-old Choi Hye-Seon, who studies bio-informatics (tale as old as time) at the very start of the show. The pair even ended up going to Paradise together, but Gwan-hee was highly in demand, sought after by 3 other ladies. Ultimately, both members of the gorgeous couple chose each other, and Gwan-hee And Hye-seon were officially an item at the end of the show. But are they still together?
According to @eyopkr on Instagram, the couple has unfortunately split. The 36-year-old athlete indeed uploaded a video in which he explained that, due to long-distance issues and his commitment to professional basketball, staying in a relationship would have been extremely challenging for the couple. In other words, Gwan-hee And Hye-seon are no longer together.
Choi Min-woo and Yu Si-eun
What sets this gorgeous couple apart is that, for the first time in Single’s Inferno history, 23-year-old Choi Min-woo and 27-year-old Yu Si-eun chose to be together at the *end* of the show. They fell deeply in love on Inferno and formed a solid bond, despite never having the chance to go to Paradise.
Although neither Min-woo nor Si-eun expressly confirmed or denied that they are still a couple, and based on the deep love they maintained for each other throughout the entire show, we suspect that the couple is still together but simply choosing to keep their relationship private.
In fact, Yu Si-eun posted an IG carrousel of her cast mates after the show, including a photo of herself and her beau forming a heart with their hands. “Well done, Si-eun,” commented Min-woo, to which the bombshell responded, “You too, Min-woo!”
Lee Jin-seok and An Min Young
Lee Jin-seok and Min-young were destined for each other since the very beginning of the show. The 31-year-old café-owner expressed his love to the 26-year-old pilates instructor at the very start of their time on Inferno, and although his feelings were mutual, Min Young panicked when her beau said he wasn’t interested in anyone else. She went off to try her luck with other men, and Jin-seok began to show interest in newcomer Cho Min-ji. In the end, the two ended up finding their way back to each other, choosing one another at the end of the show.
Although neither member has publicly confirmed that they are in a relationship, Min Young recently took to Instagram to post a carrousel of her cast mates post-show. One of the photos is an adorable snap of her and Jin-seok, where she can be seen resting her hand on his shoulder. We hope this pair’s love lasted after the show.
Park Min-kyu and Kim Gyu-ri
Charismatic coast guard Park Min-kyu and painfully gorgeous model, Kim Gyu-ri, were a match made in heaven on Single’s Inferno season 3. Min-kyu fell for the babe instantly, and despite the intensity of his love, Gyu-ri’s heart yearned for Min-woo (Si-eun’s committed boo). But Min-kyu never gave up on his one true love, and as fate would have it, Gyu-ri ended up choosing him back.
Whilst it is unclear whether or not the 34-year-old gentleman and his 28-year-old darling are still in a relationship, seeing as neither of them has commented on their relationship status after the show, we suspect that they are still an item. Only time will tell – and we hope to receive solid confirmation of their love soon (!!)
