One of Netflix‘s most viral reality TV series, Single’s Inferno Season 2, came to an end this time last year (in January 2024). This South Korean dating series watches 9 singles find love on an inhabited island, also known as ‘Inferno,’ and once they’ve made a connection with another single, they’re able to pick each other to go to a ~super~ luxe hotel called ‘Paradise.’
Curious to find out how the Single’s Inferno Season 2 cast members are doing one year later, and which couples are still together in January 2024? Scroll down below for the deets…
Where are the Single’s Inferno Season 2 couples now?
Yoong-Jae and Seo-eun
As of January 2024: This couple is *still* together (!!) Although the gorgeous Seo-eun had two other men chasing after her, she still chose her one true love in the season finale episode – and Yoong-Jae chose her right back. According to Koreaboo, during a recent Instagram Live, Yoong-Jae confirmed to his 448K followers that he and his lover are still an item. Awwwww. We wish this couple continued success and prosperity moving forward.

These two love birds left Inferno together. During the finale episode, Yoong-Jae said “when I’m with her, our conversation keeps going non-stop even though I do think we talked a lot it’s still not enough for me. So, I want to see her more than just for this summer.”
Although the broker had a competition with chef Han-Bin over Seo-eun’s feelings, she ended up picking Yoong-Jae.
The gorgeous 2021 Miss Korea and artist has been reposting some of the snaps from the show, so we’re hoping that means that the couple is still together (fingers crossed.)
As of January 29, Seo-eun hard launched Yoong-Jae on her IG feed and the pair have even organised a meet and greet with their fans in South Korea!
Lee So-E and Kim Se-Jun
As of January 2024: Unfortunately, the fan-favourite couple has separated despite their compatible personalities and the fact that Lee So-E and Kim Se-Jun seemed to truly love and appreciate one another on the show. ShowBiz Cheat Sheet indeed reported that the Single’s Inferno Season 2 stars are no longer together and that Se Jun considers So-E to be like a little sister to him.

So-E and Se-Jun officially became Single’s Inferno Season 2’s fan-favourite couple after the finale was released. Let’s be real, Se-Jun’s goofy jokes and attitude *made* the episodes great, and So-E tells him in episode 10 that he ‘saved’ her 😭.
The duo left Inferno together hand-in-hand in matching outfits. Although neither of them has posted any hints on Instagram.

As of 13 Jan, Se-Jun took to his IG to post a pic of him and So-E, asking fans to show her a lot of love as she’s such a nice girl. He even pinned her comment to the top of the post 🥺.
Se-Jun is the only contestant from Single’s Inferno season 2 (and 1 for that matter,) who has *actually* posted an image with their other half.
As of 7 Feb, it looks like Se-Jun has removed the IG post of him and So-E, so the pair may have broken things off. There are no signs or interactions with each other on their IG accounts.
Shin Seul-ki and Choi Jong-woo
As of January 2024: Whilst we cannot confirm not deny whether or not these two are still a couple, what is certain is that Shin Seul-ki and Choi Jong-woo are good friends. The Single’s Inferno Season 2 stars are indeed regularly featured on one another’s Instagram pages, but neither of the two has confirmed their relationship status. Rumours have however been circulating regarding Seul Ki’s potential romance with Dex, but they are merely speculations.

The *biggest* plot twist of the season. Seul-ki chose Jong-woo to leave Inferno with although she was also speaking to Jin-Young (who picked her FYI.) TikTok was beyond obsessed with this new sweet couple.
@bluscarlette This goes to show that sometimes the 2nd lead gets the girl. And the way Dae-Hee cried 🥺 same girl #seulki #jongwoo #singlesinferno #singlesinferno2 ♬ The Way I Loved You (Taylor’s Version) – Taylor Swift
Neither of the contestants has hinted at their current relationship statuses so far.
As of 14 Jan, Jong-woo took to his Instagram page to share a sweet picture of him and Seul-ki, even tagging the pianist. If the duo are together, they’re keeping it low-key.

Lee Nadine, Shin Dong Woo, Park Se-jeong, Lim Min-su, Kim Jin Young, and Kim Se Jun
Lee Nadine and Shin Dong Woo
As of January 2024: This couple is no longer an item, even though fans remained hopeful that they would get back together after the show. Trouble in paradise began for the pair when Dong Woo rejected Nadine before his first trip to Paradise – and Nadine even ended up getting eliminated at the season finale. Lee Nadine and Shin Dong Woo remain friends, and both individuals are single.
Lim Min Su and Kim Jin Young
As of January 2024: Lim Min Su are Kim Jin Young are not together. Even though there was chemistry between the Single’s Inferno Season 2 latecomers, Jin Young recently shared that he was single in an interview with Bustle. Min Su did not end up finding a partner during the season finale of the show, and she has not commented on her relationship status ever since.
Park Se Jeong and Kim Se Jun
As of January 2024: Park Se Jeong and Kim Se Jun are friends. Fans briefly suspected that they might end up getting together on the show, but Kim Se Jun ended up committing to So E and Park Se Jeong ended up alone on Single’s Inferno Season 2.
Lee Nadine and Kim Jin Young
As of January 2024: These two in particular *almost* ended up getting together on the show, but almost is never enough. Indeed, Kim Jim Young continued to have feelings for Seul K. According to Elle Singapore and KoreaBoo, Nadine expressed that she was happy that Kim Jim Young chose his heart’s desire. This pair is not an item.

These three girls didn’t leave Inferno with anyone, but they’ve now built some female friendships with the rest of the cast which is *too* cute. TikTok already has theories that Harvard student Nadine and Han-Bin may be a ~thing~.
Recently, Harvard student Lee Nadine sat down with fellow contestant (and crush) Jin-young to discuss some ~scenes~ from Single’s Inferno season 2. Press play below on the YouTube video to check out what the potential couple had to say…
