Hend Sabry has made our hearts happy by announcing that there *will* be a second season of Netflix’s hit show, Finding Ola. The first season of Finding Ola dropped on Netflix back in February and sky-rocketed to the streaming platform’s top 10 list as soon as it did. The show followed the life of Ola Abdel Sabour from Ayza Atgawez (I Want To Get Married), a 2010 Egyptian comedy series, where Ola finds herself in the middle of a mid-life crisis (basically.)

The main character’s journey after her divorce is beautifully written, directed and produced by Hadi El Bagoury and Hend Sabry herself. Towards the last minutes of the last episode, a scene shows Ola being asked if she’ll continue riding on the felukah, and she turns to the camera exclaiming “I’ll keep going!” It looks like both Ola and actress Hend Sabry meant this in a ~philosophical~ and literal sense as the Tunisian-Egyptian star revealed that season two will be gracing our screens sooner than we think!

Did Hend Sabry reveal Finding Ola season two’s release date?

Although the release date is yet to be announced, Hend says during her piece-to-camera, “of course we will continue. Ola’s story is not over yet. Didn’t she teach us that the end of one story is a beginning of a new story? So for Ola to take her second chance, there has to be a Season Two for ‘Finding Ola.’”
