It’s official! Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik have just welcomed their baby girl into the world! 

The Palestinan-Dutch model confirmed her pregnancy early this year in April, and has been posting some adorable baby bump pictures on social media recently (click here to marvel at her gorg maternity shoot.) This morning her and her beau announced that their daughter “has joined us earth-side this weekend and she’s already changed our world.” 

Fans were already speculating that Gigi had given birth as her father, Mohamed Hadid, let the cat out of the bag (accidentally) by posting an adorable hand-written letter to his future grandchild on Instagram. The jido (grandpa) is more excited than anyone!

Gigi and Zayn confirmed though that the model gave birth this weekend, and the couple couldn’t be happier. Zayn posted an image of their baby’s tiny hand holding his with the caption, “our baby girl is here, healthy & beautiful – to try put into words how i am feeling right now would be an impossible task. The love i feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, & thankful for the life we will have together.”
