Elyanna, the star of the moment, just wrapped up her second Coachella set at the two-weekend music festival. Making history as the first musician to perform a complete set in Arabic (we love a trailblazer), the Palestinian Chilean used this moment to highlight other art from the region.

For Coachella weekend two, Elyanna drew crowds to her performance in the Gobi Tent at the Empire Polo Club on Saturday in a two-piece set by Egyptian designer Rafik Zaki which is *giving* Y2K pop princess in all the best ways.
The Cairo-based house which started its journey in 2011 describes it as “born out of a passion for blending the divine Italian craftsmanship with a unique middle eastern flavor”.
Elyanna‘s Coachella set isn’t the first time the brand has dressed a star. Just last year, Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause stunned in an orange cutout dress by Rafik Zaki while attending the 2022 Emmys. More recently, everyone’s favourite It Girl Paris Hilton wore a black slinky cutout gown by the house for The Guardian.
As Elyanna set the stage on 🔥 in this custom design that is *to die for*, the 21-year-old crooner told Arab News that she is recording some new beats for her enthusiasts.
“Right now, I’m working on an album that I’m very excited about. It’s very different. I feel like it’s like the real Elyanna. So, I’m very excited,” she told Arab News.
We certainly can’t wait for the Cosmo ME former cover star to blow our minds with her debut album! Keep an eye on this space for updates on new music from Elyanna.
