Naturally, we’ve all been waiting for Coachella 2023 to happen, so imagine how much more excited we were to find out that Cosmo ME Summer 2022 cover star Elyanna will be heading to the stage as well (!!)
There will also be performances by major stars like Bad Bunny, Blackpink, and Frank Ocean at Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, this April.
As per their Instagram post, the program is set to take place on these days: April 14th, 21st, 15th, 22nd, 16th, and 23rd.
When will Elyanna’s Coachella 2023 performance be happening?
The performance by Palestinian-Chilean artist, Elyanna, will be held on the second day. Plus, she will be recognized as the first-ever artist to perform an Arabic song at the iconic music festival. As if that isn’t a huge feat already, her songs ‘Ghareeb Alay’ and ‘Ana Lahali’ have received over 100 million views on her YouTube channel, giving her international attention.
In her lyrics, Elyanna tackles themes of identity, love, and heartbreak while blending Latin and Middle Eastern sounds. Elyanna’s musical style, which combines traditional Palestinian instrumentation with elements of cumbia, reggaeton, and Latin American pop music has been greatly influenced by her Palestinian origin.
