Aishwarya Rai and eight-year-old daughter Aaradhya Bachchan have both reportedly been admitted to hospital due to Covid-19 complications.Â
The pair were self-isolating after testing positive for the virus a few days ago, but sources say their health has deterioriated, and they were subsequently admitted to Nanavati Hospital in India.Â

Aishwarya Rai and daughter Aaradhya Bachchan have both tested positive for coronavirus. The Indian actress took a test after her husband and father-in-law both tested positive and were later admitted to hospital with mild symptoms.
Amitabh Bachchan tweeted his results to his followers. “I have tested Covid positive, shifted to hospital, hospital informing authorities, family and staff undergone tests, results awaited,” he wrote.
“Aishwarya and Aaradhya have also tested COVID-19 positive. They will be self quarantining at home,” Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya’s husband, tweeted. “The BMC has been updated of their situation and are doing the needful. The rest of the family including my Mother have tested negative. Thank you all for your wishes and prayers.”
