As the Ministry of Education tweeted:

Translated: “The ministry is embarking on a methodology that includes the application of assessment mechanisms and exams for the remainder of the current academic year 2019-2020 in a way that serves the interest of students.”
The new study plan for both teachers and students is also ready and will be circulated on schools as soon as possible.

“The Ministry of Education releases the new study plan for the continuity of the smart distance e-learning, which ensures the completion of teaching and learning from the moment of collection to evaluation, and will be carried out by tomorrow (Wednesday).”
As for private schools and universities, an advisory plan was sent by the Ministry and will be aproved by the institutions to decide and implement their e-learning based on their agreement.
