If you keep up with the Kardashians on social media, the chances are you’ll a), have seen Kylie Jenner’s behind more times than your own, b), know how wealthy they are and c), be accustomed with the #spon and #ad tags.
But certainly not as well as Kim, Kourtney and Khloe are, after a report from Us Weekly claimed the KUWTK sisters can charge six figures (that’s Dhs455,000+) per sponsored social media endorsement on Instagram.
Â
We, meanwhile, still question whether we’re gonna get past the 10 likes mark.
CEO of Talent Resources Michael Heller, who organises several of the advertising deals, explained that “sponsored posts are about 25 percent of their income”.
He went on to say that Kim can charge up to $500,000 (approx Dhs1.9 million) per campaign posted to her 92 million followers, while Khloe and Kourtney (64.3 million and 54.5 million followers, respectively) can earn around $250,000 (approx Dhs918,000) per post. Not bad, huh?
Â
Previously, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians stars have advertised hair growth pills, waist-trainers and detox teas, though Heller notes that they will only ever promote products they believe in.
“They only endorse what aligns with their lifestyle,’ said Heller. “They turn a lot down.”
