Yara who is the Regional Brow Artist for Benefit Middle East has ~always~  been into beauty. Ever since she saw her mother dolling herself up for nights out, it became dear to her heart and piqued her interest.

And if you’re feeling kinda sorta embarassed talking about brows because you had your super-thin-stick brow phase, dw, believe it or not, so did she.

“I’ve had a unibrow, thick brows, thin brows,” said Yara laughing. “I’ve done it all, so before you do anything, ask me! I’ve literally done it all.”

We asked her to define Benefit ME’s signature style in three words and we’re kinda living for these answers. You know the natural, feathery brows we’ve been seeing all our fave models and influencers donning? Well, Yara is lurving it too. Over lockdown, we got used to leaving our natural brows as is and only plucking the middle of our brows and thus, the hottest beauty trend of 2021 emerged.

Another big TikTok trend that we’ve got our eyes (or brows, pun intended) on are the straight archless brows. People have even gone as far as to shave off the tail of their brows. That’s dedication, couldn’t be me though. But for those of us that want to achieve this look without doing anything permanent, Yara recommends using the Benefit Precisely My Brow Pencil to draw hairlike strokes on your eyebrows.
