If you haven’t heard already, we’ll be getting next Sunday off, in celebration of the birthday of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH).

In light of this special occasion, government officials have announced that Dubai will be observe a dry night from 5pm on Monday November 19. The dry period will last until 6pm on Tuesday November 20, as announced by the the Department of Tourism and Commerce.

This means that during this period, no alcohol will be served in any hotels or restaurants across Dubai.
