First, let’s rewind a bit. Lisa issued Brian an ultimatum as they had been together for a while, but he still wasn’t ready to get married. She thought The Ultimatum season 2 would help her boo set his priorities straight.
But Lisa wasn’t ready for Brian to be actually open to the experience and try to build connections with other women. She got ~furious~, to say the least.

But the couple didn’t get to trial marriages. They left The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On season 2 due to Lisa’s pregnancy. The internet isn’t convinced by it.

We are not sure. Lisa and Brian haven’t shared any updates yet, so it is hard to tell. But (!) on IG photos that were taken around the shooting time, she did hide her belly from the camera.

As of August 30th 2023, The Ultimatum season 2’s reunion was released on Netflix. Hosts Nick and Vanessa Lachey mentioned *that* scene between Lisa, Brian, and Riah, followed by the celeb couple bringing Lisa and Brian out to the stage. Lisa and Brian confirmed that they did in fact have a baby boy (AKA Lisa wasn’t lying), and his name is Mason. Lisa hasn’t shared photos of her and her beau’s son yet on social media, but we saw some cute snaps during the episode.
As for Lisa and Brian’s relationship, the two haven’t gotten engaged or married yet.
