Selling Sunset has been all the talk lately since the latest season came out on Netflix, and we still cannot get enough of all the juicy Christine drama. Yes, we know it is also about the luxurious LA mansions, but the show would be nothing without the competitive spirit of the cast. Remember everyone always saying how Jason is constantly giving Mary all the best properties, or that time Davina wanted to sell that iconic $75 million Beverly Hills mansion?

After five seasons and countless episodes, one question still remains in all of our heads… Do we really know which Selling Sunset agent has actually sold the most expensive home so far? Well, wonder no more, because here is a list of the top 4 most expensive homes sold by the Selling Sunset agents according to finance experts at Merchant Cash Advance.

Davina’s North Beverly Hills Drive in Los Angeles

Back in season 2 of Selling Sunset, Davina was tasked by one of her wealthy clients to sell his LA property for $75 million, making it the most expensive property to ever be listed with the Oppenheim Group. When Davina proposed this idea to Jason, he said it was over-priced and suggested bringing the price down to $60 million. After lots of arguing, Davina finally convinced Jason to allow the listing, but with the condition that it had to be sold in only 3 months! With such a short time span and an extremely overpriced home, Davina was not able to sell the $75 million mansion. She was given a chance again in season 5 but sadly failed once again.

Update: The North Beverly Hills Drive, LA mansion has yet to be sold and is still up for sale to this day.

Vanessa’s Carbon Beach Terrace In Malibu

In season 4, when Vanessa joined the Oppenheim Group, she was given the challenge to sell a $49.99 million “Billionaire’s Beach” hillside villa in Malibu. If sold, this would earn her a huge $1.5 million commission, which was more than enough for this new agent to kick start her career in luxury real estate. The show never ended up revealing if any closed deals came out of the home, but as of now, it is no longer listed on the Oppenheim Group website. So, it remains a mystery if Vanessa managed to sell the home, but we assume Jason was too embarrassed to admit to the loss (and I-oop).

Jason’s Hillside Drive-In Hollywood Hills

In season three, Jason was given the listing for an incredible newly-built Hollywood Hills home originally priced at $40 million. If sold, this would be the most expensive and luxurious listing the Oppenheim Group has ever closed on. In the end, Jason announced that the Hillside Drive home had been sold for $35.5 million to a group of influencers and entrepreneurs who own a fitness company. The whole Selling Sunset cast celebrated the closing and this became the Oppenheim Group’s biggest win.

Christine’s Loma Vista Drive-In Beverly Hills

Christine might be the centre of all the Selling Sunset show’s drama, but she sure does know how to sell a luxury property. She is one of the cast members that has been with the Oppenheim Group for the longest time, so it comes as no surprise that she managed to close a deal on the $10.99 million Loma Vista Drive home effortlessly. This earned her a huge commission, which only added to her already bursting bank account.

So, who has sold the most expensive home on Selling Sunset?

After some investigative research, we came to the conclusion that Jason’s Hillside Drive $35.5 million home in the Hollywood Hills remains the most expensive home sold by the Oppenheim group to this day. But technically, Christine’s Loma Vista Drive $10.99 million home in Beverly Hills is actually the most expensive property deal closed by an agent and not the President of the Oppenheim Group.

So, (in terms of agents,) Christine remains on top.
