As cases across the Middle East are back on the rise, Saudi Arabia has made the decision to not lift restrictions until January 1 2021.

The Kingdom will lift every restriction across the country, allowing the opening of land, sea and airports from next year.

As of tomorrow, September 15, the government announced that Saudi will lift its suspension of international flights to allow "exceptional categories" of citizens and residents to travel.

The World Health Organisation reported a record one-day increase in global coronavirus cases on Sunday, with the total rising by 307,930 in 24 hours.
