Attention, Upper East Siders, Gossip Girl has *officially* made its comeback. Earlier this year, HBO Max announced that they would be producing a Gossip Girl re-boot, or ‘extension,’ but with a completely new cast. Now don’t worry too much about this re-boot not living up to the original, as they’ve already got Kristen Bell on board to narrate again.

How could we miss the iconic voice behind, ‘XOXO, Gossip Girl?’ 

According to sources, HBO Max has ordered 10 episodes for the first season, each one being an hour long. And the new Gossip Girl will “address just how much social media—and the landscape of New York itself—has changed in the intervening years.”Also meaning that we’ll be meeting a brand-new group of kids! 

The Internet has blown up with all the behind-the-scenes images of the cast as they’ve been caught filming in NYC on the legendary MET steps. 

So far, the cast is filled with up-and-coming actors, including Emily Alyn Lind, Whitney Peak, Eli Brown, Zion Moreno, Johnathan Fernandez, and Jason Gotay.

We spot a couple of Chuck, Jenny, and Dan Humphrey look-alikes. How exciting! 

While some are hesitant about the re-boot…
