Sing it with me, SEEA-SON FO-URRR!! After the loyal Veronica Mars fanbase have patiently endured a cancellation after three seasons of #LoVe (Veronica Mars and Logan Echolls ship), Veronica sleuthing like a bawse, and the faint glimmer of hope with the 2014 Veronica Mars movie (which literally cured me of any itis-es I may have had), season 4 is here. 12 years later... IT. IS. BACK. YOU. GUYS. Revived from the dead courtesy of Hulu (another reason to get your subscription asap), Veronica Mars is coming to a tv screen near you and to say we're excited is an, um... understatement.
Get ready to adventure, spy, and get into loads of trouble with Veronica, 'cause season 4 is here and apparently.... so is spring break? Last time I checked it was summer, no? Anyway, please enjoy this season 4 trailer starring @kristenbell aka Veronica Mars aka the qween herself.
Time to do a lil' sleuthing myself. According to this snippet, we can expect lots of Veronica and Logan #baesforevs (but there may be some trouble in paradise looming, sob), a crime wave in Neptune, and plenty more of the one and only... drumroll please... Dick Casablancas.
Now, here's a VMars quick-facts rundown to get you hyped asap.
1. Surprise, surprise. The only two characters in EVERY single episode of the show were Keith and Veronica Mars.
2. Amanda Seyfried almost played Veronica Mars
... until Kristen Bell got the role. But dw, Amanda Seyfried ended up playing Veronica's murdered friend, Lilly Kane (okay, so maybe a little unfortunate).
3. "Piz" was named after the director of the pilot episode Mark Piznarski
Cue the fireworks. Cue the celebrations. Cue up your calendars, 'cause July 26, Veronica Mars is back on.
