Earlier this year, RTA decided to break our hearts when they announced that they would be closing their phone lines on Saturday December 7, but it looks like they’re in holiday spirits as they announced that they will extend this service unti January 15 in order “to offer clients more time to adapt to the new technology”.
Technology is definitely not my thing and WiFi doesn’t hang around everywhere, so this is good music to my ears. At the moment, you can still call the RTA call center to book a taxi.
