When a Tattoo Artist created an eyeliner, best believe it last, even through a car accident (true story). This eyeliner stands the test of time. It is super easy to apply and long lasting. Dhs65 at Lifeshops. 

Tom Ford Defining Pen

This liner is impressively dark and easy to work with. The product is dual ended with fine calligraphy tip on one end which gives a very thin precise line and a brush tip on the other that gives a thicker line. Diesn’t get better than that. Dhs252 at Sephora.
