We’re stepping straight into our Simu Liu era, and honestly? It’s about time. The Chinese-Canadian actor, writer, producer and Marvel’s first Asian superhero, Shang-Chi himself is coming to MEFCC from April 25–26, 2026. And yes, he’s also that Ken from Barbie, the one who had everyone suddenly reconsidering their type.
Get the chance to meet him, grab that photo op, and then walk away pretending we were totally calm the whole time.

Plus, the all-new Otaku District is dropping: think neon lights, K-pop hype, anime energy – well its basically fan heaven.
Cosplayers, get ready: the Cosplay Competition returns, with the winner heading to the World Cosplay Summit Finals in Japan.
