The eleventh edition of the Saudi Film Festival is back, and the stars of Saudi cinema are ready to roll out to the red carpet.
We’re here to support Saudi artists, filmmakers, and actors. At the Saudi Film Fest, you will support Saudi filmmakers and engage with them post-film viewing to help strengthen their connection to their audience.
Main character energy in 2025, only! Ask a director what crafts a main character and her best life plotline, literally in Q&A sessions post-film, and explore a range of regional and international films.

Organised by the Cinema Association in partnership with the King Abdulaziz Centre for World Culture (Ithra) with the support of the Film Commission of the Ministry of Culture. But it doesn’t stop in Saudi: the fest also presents international and Arab films in the “Cinema of Identity” category. Global filmmaking experiences will be highlighted and showcased.
In addition, a selection of Japanese films will be highlighted, providing an opportunity to explore the diversity of world cinema.
