Indian Matchmaking season two was officially problematic and mildly entertaining after the 8 episodes aired on Netflix. However, thanks to the success stories (oh hey Pradhyuman and Ashima) and the drama (looking at you Nadia and Aparna), it is safe to say that we were hooked, and fans are already looking forward to the new instalment of the show.

The good news is, Netflix has already released some stills from the third season. Yay. So, that’s more lovelorn South Asian singles seeking advice from Sima aunty, and hopefully more weddings on the horizon.

Below are all the details on the Indian Matchmaking season three so far, including series confirmation, release date and a glimpse of who the cast going to be.

When will season three air?

It is coming sooner than you might have thought. Mark 21st April in your diaries, when all the eight one-hour episodes will drop. Going over the past seasons, series one dropped in July 2020, with series two arriving about two years later in August 2022. Of course, the pandemic and the long and tedious process of finding a good match accounted for delays between S1 and S2, hopefully, there will be shorter gaps going forward. The latest drop is announced less than a year after season two. We can’t wait!

Who will star in Indian Matchmaking season 3?

Alongside the release date, Netflix released few teaser photos for who the new participants will be (but their identities are unknown atm). We do see a couple chatting away in what looks like New York’s central park and another pair sipping away wine on a lovely farm. Check them out below.
