The new rom-com has truly taken the internet by storm, thanks to the *insane* (and somewhat controversial) chemistry between co-stars Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell.
During their press tour of the movie, it appeared that the chemistry the two actors had on-screen translated IRL too. And we, along with the rest of the internet, are *obsessed*.
People are even comparing their chemistry to Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey in How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days.
The internet was quick to speculate that the romance between the two was as much off-screen as it was on-screen. For fans of the movie, it was all we’d hoped for. For Glen Powell’s fiancé, err…not so much!

Despite the rumours and controversy – the movie is a HUGE success. One thing’s for sure – we want these two back together on our screens again ASAP!

The movie is a modernisation of Shakespeare’s ‘Much Ado About Nothing.’ When college arch-nemeses reunite years after graduation for a destination wedding, they pretend to be a couple for their own personal reasons. But through pretending, they actually fall in love. Basically the perfect enemies to lovers trope!
Who is in the team and cast of Anyone But You?
Will Gluck, director of Easy A (arguably Emma Stone’s swansong) and Friends With Benefits (Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis) has directed the rom-com.
Joining Glen and Sydney in the cast are Dermot Mulroney, Alexandra Shipp, Rachel Griffiths and Michele Hurd. Additional cast members include GaTa, Bryan Brown, Darren Barnet, Hadley Robinson and Joe Davidson.
