Heritage eyewear brand Ray-Ban is one of the *largest* names in the fashion industry when it comes to sunnies, and since their launch in the 1930s, they’ve been pioneers in music, art, and culture, with symbolic designs that are instantly recognizable.

Legacy is what Ray-Ban is all about, so imagine our excitement to know that the fashion brand has launched a limited edition Middle East exclusive to showcase Arabic artistry and timeless tradition.

For the first time since its history, Ray-Ban has reimagined its iconic Wayfarer sunglasses as a Middle Eastern exclusive. In celebration of that, the timeless design has gold detailing of the traditional “shemagh” pattern on the inside of the temples *and* the brand has launched an Arabic version of its logo. Not only is this a shoutout to Arabian artistry, but it’s also the perfect synergy of tradition between the Arab world and the classic brand.

To celebrate this first, Ray-Ban has also released a regional campaign with Saudi actor, musician, and social media personality, Tareq Al Harbi. “Nothing beats a classic pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses, and a style like Ray-Ban Legacy is timeless. It is truly meaningful that Ray-Ban is choosing to celebrate our heritage and I can’t wait to see what people think of the campaign,” the star said.
