Under the bright lights of Paris Fashion Week, Dubai-based model of Tunisian origin, Ameni Essebi did more than make just an entrance, she owned it. Crowned by many media outlets as the “first curvy model from MENA,” she’s fast becoming the face the world can’t ignore. And we can not get enough.

This season, Essebi was handpicked to open Weinsanto’s Spring/Summer 2026 ready-to-wear show, the very first in this year’s Paris Fashion Week calendar, casting her as a lead in Victor Weinsanto’s bold romantic vision. As an ambassador for the Arab Fashion Council, she walked in representation of not just of her own journey, but for Arab women on the global stage.

She strutted down the runway in an absolute statement piece: a structured pink corset mini, lace detailing at the front, crafted from Jacquard de Soie silk specially sourced from Louis XVI’s own room at Versailles. If you’ve been paying attention in your history lessons, he was the husband to the Marie Anoinette (the OG cosmo-girlie if you ask us!).

This isn’t the first time Essebi has shown up on our timelines. Just last month, she was at Dubai’s fashion stage opening shows by Weinsanto and walking for Lili Blanc.
With multiple runways and even a radio appearance under her belt- Essebi isn’t here to be just another face in the crowd. Expect her name to light up every front row for many seasons to come.
