We here at Cosmopolitan Middle East partnered up with SHEIN to host our first-ever edition of ‘Be The Boss’, and it was a raging success.
Our three panels were decorated with some of the most inspirational and empowering women we’ve ever met, from the most interesting of professions. No, seriously, we had chefs, influencers, and one Senior Advisor to the United Nations, to name a few. Yeah, it really was a room filled with some seriously strong females, and we loved every minute of it.
The panels delivered incredible insight in how to follow your dream careers, no matter how unconventional, the ins and outs to starting your own business and, the strength of media today. The editor-in-chief of Cosmo Middle East Kavita Srinivasan moderated the panel and kept the crowd glued to their seats.
There was an amazing SHEIN Arabia display in the courtyard of Dubai Knowledge Park (where the event was held), which featured its stunning new collection. Keeping the crowd entertained was DJ Burlene, whose set-list consisted of the latest tracks and some old skool tunes.
Each of our guests were treated to goody bags filled with notepads, phone covers, fun headbands and more.
