For all you Drake fans out there, we have some good news.Â
The Canadian rapper announced this week that he’s got a new album in the works, and he’s even released the date! His record label, OVO Sound, tweeted a teaser video a couple of days ago with the album’s name, ‘Certified Lover Boy,’ and captioned “JANUARY 2021.”Â
It seems that we’ll be starting the new year off right.Â

Drake even reshared the post, confirming that this is in fact *not* fake news.
The one-minute teaser shows clips of Drake posing as his previous album covers, “Take Care,” “Nothing Was The Same,” and “Dark Lane Demo Tapes.” FYI, Take Care is deffo our fave.Â
‘Certified Lover Boy‘ will be the chart-topping rapper’s 6th full-length studio album, and we for one, cannot wait to hear it.Â
This summer he released a single with Headie One, ‘Only You Freestyle,’ and added some Arabic to his bars. Click here to read all about that.Â
Maybe we could expect some more Arabic lingo in this album?Â
