As we scroll through the overflowing tea from the newest Netflix dating show Perfect Match, we have yet another messy breakup to add to the list. Yes, you heard that right, the couple Chloe and Shayne officially ruined their strong relationship in the recent episode, mainly because Chole has a change of heart and chose a different love interest which without much surprise is again a messy choice.
What happened between Chloe and Shayne from Perfect Match?

Shayne Jensen who starred in Love is Blind, started off by dating Ines, which obviously didn’t end well and Shayne ended up having an awkward conversation with her. In between, he also got matched with Izzy, which again didn’t turn out in his favour. Finally, he found his “perfect match” Chloe, and throughout the series, you could see their strong relationship building up.
But things took an unexpected turn when Francesca and Damian got control and matched Chloe with Mitchell to test the strength of her’s and Shayne’s relationship, and it seems like it wasn’t strong enough after all. Chloe ended up going on a date with Mitchell and things changed in the end as she chose to pursue her relationship with Mitchell. Considering their flirty relationship in the show, The Circle, and the rumoured breakup which happened outside the show it seems like there was some unfinished business between the pair.
On the other hand, Shayne was sent back home as per the rules since he was left without a match. Ouch!

But here is the biggest twist. Mitchell then revealed to Chloe that he isn’t looking for a relationship and that instantly made Chloe regret her decision. Fans reacted the exact way we expected as people said she should have been loyal to her love interest, while some said it’s her wish to choose and everyone can have a change of mind.

We will have to wait till all the episodes of Perfect Match are out to see if Chloe and Shayne still have a chance together, or if will they end up parting ways. As we know, there aren’t clues from their social media but fans seem to suspect that Chloe and Mitchell are together after they shared similar photos from places recently (including Los Angeles), hinting that they’re spending time together. She also added a caption on snaps from January 2023: “POV: Pictures he took.”
