We’re not exaggerating when we say Love Island has *kind of* taken over our lives the past two months. And it looks like we’re not alone, as it turns out Stranger Things star Noah Schnapp is actually something of a Love Island superfan.
What’s more, Noah has been spilling the tea on what happened when he DMed 2022 Love Island winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, and it’s all kinds of amazing.
Speaking on an Instagram Live with Stranger Things co-star Millie Bobby Brown, Noah revealed what happened when he slid into Ekin’s DMs, telling Millie, “I DMed Ekin-Su and she answered me.”

Millie, of course, couldn’t believe Noah’s revelation (same, tbh), shouting, “She did?!” in response. Noah then went on to say that he and Ekin even spoke on the phone, explaining, “Yeah, we video called each other.”
Honestly, this is the partnership we never knew we needed. Hands up who’s curious as to what these two actually chatted about on their call?
Meanwhile, Millie took it upon herself to master her best Davide Sanclimenti impression, throwing in a casual, “Ekin-Su! You are a liar,” in reference to Davide’s now-iconic line. Take a look at the hilarious clip here:

Fans have obviously been obsessed over the duo, with one tweeting, “This is the most random crossover we didn’t know we needed 😂.” Meanwhile, another added, “This crossover is EVERYTHING. 😂👏🤩.”
Plus, it turns out Noah apparently also slid into the DMs of 2021 Islander Lucinda Strafford. Asked if she’d received any famous messages, Lucinda told On Demand Entertainment, “Yeah, a guy from Stranger Things, Noah Schnapp. He messaged me being like, ‘Oh my god, I love you so much, you killed it,’ and I was like ‘Thank you’, and he goes, ‘I love you!'” [via Daily Mail].
