Love is Blind season 4 has finally come to an end. While a few of the contestants said “yes” at the altar, others didn’t fare as well. For some, this special day involved confronting uncomfortable truths, dealing with heartbreak, and, as expected, some drama™.

Be warned, we go into details, so you can bookmark this and come back after watching the Love is Blind season 4 finale and reunion.

Out of the four couples that walked down the aisle in the Love is Blind season 4 finale — Tiffany and Brett, Bliss and Zack, Chelsea and Kwame, and finally, Micah and Paul — most had a night to remember as they waited in anticipation for their true love to acknowledge their union.

However, this wasn’t an easy path for Micah and Paul from Love is Blind season 4. 💔

Love is Blind Reunion: Are Micah and Paul on good terms?

In the last segment of the Love is Blind season 4 finale that we can only describe as messy and awkward, Paul rejected Micah. The 29-year-old environmental scientist said, “I love you, but I don’t think we can choose each other right now. I think that we’re not there.” Sheesh.

Micah responded, “Honestly, I feel like that was exactly what you were gonna say. I think that this whole time I’ve wanted… to feel shown and told that you loved me and you wanted to be with me. But I never felt the same. This moment shows that that’s validated.” 🥺

Adding to the awkwardness of the moment was Shelby, the contestant’s “best friend” who laughed when Micah stormed off crying. Shocked viewers are taking to Twitter to share their reactions to the absolute chaos.

Earlier during the finale, Paul spoke about how he didn’t see Micah as a mother in the future. “It completely broke me to pieces. It was difficult to envision Micah as a mother. Whenever I tried, I couldn’t see the nurturing aspect in Micah.” he said.

During the reunion, Micah expressed her feelings about this and confronted Paul. “It made me feel terrible. I felt like it was the worst thing that could be said about me. It’s something I’ve spoken about – how important having family was to me. I didn’t have siblings and a big family, so I’ve always wanted one.” she said.

In response to this, Paul said, “I worded that unfairly, it’s not a reflection of what she’s capable of or anything like that. The better way to see it is that I couldn’t envision us our parents, I couldn’t see myself as a father just as much as I couldn’t see it in her. I want to take 100% accountability for my half of that equation.”

When Vanessa asked Paul to explain further, he went on to say, “I didn’t see the nurturing side to her. I didn’t give her the proper motivation and inspiration to show that side of hers.” As uncomfortable as this whole situation was, fans of Love is Blind season 4 are applauding the contestants for their transparency.

Phew, that was a tough watch.

“Listen, I’ve taken care of myself my entire life. I’ll be ok ❤️” said Micah in an Instagram post. Whether Micah and Paul work out as a couple in the future, we sure hope the two remain close friends, which you can find out during the Love is Blind season 4 reunion airing live on Monday.
