Okay, so let’s say you love Justin Bieber. You adore Hailey Baldwin. You want to move to Los Angeles, you have a crazy amount of coin you want to spend, and you plan on saving up to buy a brand(ish) spanking new house? Well then, it sounds like you, my friend, are in luck!
As it turns out, Justin and Hailey’s temporary Los Angeles home is currently on the market. The swanky home, which Jailey rented in 2018, is selling through Homes.com for Dhs31 million ($8.5 million). You know, a casual, affordable amount of money! Honestly, what a steal.
According to the home listing, the property has five massive bedrooms, seven enviable bathrooms, and clocks in at a whopping 6,500 square feet. The bedrooms are totally lush, and a fun game that the next person/people who owns the home can play is guessing which bedroom Justin and Hailey called dibs on. (Only Jailey knows that, but if I were them I would’ve used all of ’em, because why not?) Take a look at how clean and beautiful everything is:
The catch with this property is that Justin and Haley didn’t stay at the property for too long—but they apparently rented it for Dhs293,000 (US$80,000) a MONTH. Now I might not be that great at math, but according to my calculations, that means Justin and Hailey were paying more than 1.6 times the current mortgage price for the property.
It sounds a little overpriced to me, a working class human who cries when her New York City rent payment is due. But to Jailey, I’m sure $80k is like nickels, dimes, and quarters that you don’t bother keeping when pocket/wallet space is limited. Being rich must be nice, amirite?
