Wednesday 17th March was not only St. Patrick’s Day but also Rob Kardashian’s 34th birthday, meaning it was a day of double celebrations for the Kardashian clan!
The day of celebrations started for Kim with her St Patrick’s Day green themed breakfast of a croissant full of avocado and greens, and a green smoothie bowl topped with kiwi and fruits, as she is currently eating a plant-based diet.
When it came to Rob’s party, Kim and Khloe shared a huge spread of delicious looking food catered by Carousel Restaurant, a Lebanese Armenia restaurant based in Glendale, pointing out that there was plenty of vegan options for her but she was finding it hard to resist some of her fave Armenian foods.
Rob is a longtime fan of the LA Dodgers so naturally, his decorations, cups and plates were all Dodgers themed, including a huge Dodgers baseball cake, presumably made by the Kardashian’s go-to bakery Hansen’s.
As if one cake wasn’t enough, Rob also had a triple berry cake from LA bakery Sweet Lady Jane, decorated with ivy inspired icing and fresh berries. Khloe celebrated her brother with a bunch of green, shamrock and rainbow balloons tied to a balloon pot of gold, with ‘Happy Bday Rob’ spelt out in balloon lettering. Sweet!
The Kardashian gang paid homage to their brother with sweet tributes on Instagram including images and clips from Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
After nightfall it was time for the girls-only St Patrick’s Day game night to commence! Again, a very delicious looking spread of food was prepared, this time with a Mexican theme. The ‘Tacos and Tequila’ menu featured organic corn tortilla chips (so Kourtney), guacamole and pico de gallo. When it came to drinks there was the option of the Kardashian-favourite Margarita, or Kendall Jenner’s brand new tequila 818 (named after their area code in Calabasas).
Kourtney donned a bright green synthetic wig for the occasion, whilst Kim went all out in a teal corduroy two piece look and twisted pigtails.
The girls played Pictionary and Taboo with Kim’s team winning the game night. When it came to Kim’s round of taboo she used ‘Rob is really good at this’ as a clue for ping pong, and ‘I hate to do this on a treadmill’ as a clue for incline walking. Those toned legs say otherwise Kimmy!
There was no Khloe in attendance at the party but there was Kim, Kourtney, Malika and Khadijah. Rob’s ex-girlfriend and Cheetah Girl Adrienne Bailon was present, as was Kim’s previous assistant Stephanie Shepherd. Tracey Romulus, Chief Marketing Office for the KKW brands, and Sarah Howard, Chief Content Officer at Poosh both let their hair down and enjoyed an evening off-work. Liz Muller, Kourtney’s new assistant joined in the fun as did friend and Alice + Olivia designer, Stacey Bendet. Kourtney’s longtime friend Melissa Kollker, gal-pal Vero Veronica and LA based psychologist Jennifer Galvan were also in attendance, as was a woman called Natalie, who unfortunately is private on Instagram. Boo.
