Get ready to crank up the nostalgia and blast your fave Disney Channel playlist, because Camp Rock 3 is officially in the works, and yes, we’re already emotionally unwell (in the best way possible). Whether you grew up singing “Gotta Find You” or trying to nail the choreography to “We Rock”, this one’s for you.
The iconic Jonas Brothers Joe, Nick, and Kevin (yes, all three!) are back as Connect 3, returning to Camp Rock where it all started. Lookout for new talent, new drama, and all the chaotic camp energy we live for.
While our girl Demi Lovato won’t be reprising her role as Mitchie (yet!), she is executive producing the film and if that’s not a full-circle moment, we don’t know what is. Also returning? Maria Canals-Barrera as Mitchie’s mum, plus a whole new lineup of rising stars ready to steal the spotlight.
Filming is already underway in Vancouver, and while we don’t have an official release date yet, one thing’s for sure we’ll be clearing our schedules for a watch party the moment it drops.
Until then, you’ll catch us rewatching the originals and lip-syncing “This Is Me” like it’s 2008. Because let’s be honest, Camp Rock isn’t just a movie. It’s a whole era, and we are living for it!
