Grammy award-winning artist Billie Eilish has decided to switched things up, ditching her signature neon green and black hair that we couldn’t imagine her without for a bright, platinum blonde look. Um, LOVE.
Billie alluded to the makeover when she took to her Instagram stories to tell fans to (jokingly?) stop making fun of her hair. “I’m changing it after the doc comes out. It’ll be the end of an era,” she said.
Fans even came up with a conspiracy theory that Billie was in fact already blonde at the Grammys and wore a wig to conceal her new hairdo. Turns out they were right all along…

Billie also confirmed the theory on TikTok by posting a video of her removing her wig and also commenting on a video that she has been blonde for two months. Talk about the queen of secrecy.
