Shawn Booth is expecting his first baby! And the baby momma is *not* Kaitlyn Bristowe who he was engaged to after Bachelorette season 11.
The news came smashing! The reality star, who always tried to keep his love life private, opened up on his podcast In the Booth With Shawn Booth. First of all, Shawn mentioned that after he and Kaitlyn split up, he “dated a bunch of people” but didn’t want to talk about it in public. And can we blame him? Bachelorette must have been enough exposure for him 😅.

Secondly, the star moved on to “a very big announcement” and said that he is going to be a dad. The due date is December 12, and the gender of the baby is not known yet. Shawn noted that the pregnancy wasn’t planned, but he is excited to have a kid.
“It will be and is the most beautiful surprise I’ve ever had in my life. And it’s gonna be very special. I can’t wait. I’m ready. I’m 37 years old. I’ve always wanted to be a dad,” he said.

Who is Bachelorette’s Shawn Booth baby mum?
Shawn Booth didn’t tell exactly who he is sharing this journey with. But (!!) he did mention it’s not a random lady.
“The mother is somebody who I’ve been close with for years. We’ve had a relationship, and we’ve dated,” he clarified. “This is a big surprise for the both of us.”
